Growing Season
The 2022 growing season in the southern hemisphere was typical with ample sunshine and cool Pacific breezes, giving this Chardonnay a classic crisp and refreshing profile of crisp apple with hints of tropical fruit flavors. This vintage has a nice balance of sweetness and acidity.
Harvest
The fruit was hand harvested in early May and was pressed into juice and settled in cold stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the fruit.

Original Brix: 22.4
pH: original 3.48, final 3.24
Alcohol by Vol. 13.2%
Aged 10 months in new French oak barrels with a medium toast to preserve the fruit character.
Tasting Notes
A complex flavor profile with flavors of crisp apple and hints of pineapple. Aged in French oak barrels which matured the wine and help harmoniously integrate the flavors.
