Refund Policy

Consumer Sales

We strive to keep our wines sound and free of spoilage.  If you suspect our wine is spoiled, we will refund the purchase price of the wine and any applicable tax (excludes shipping costs).  We understand that some customers cellar our wines.  We will replace wines up to 13 months from the date of purchase if they were properly stored in normal and reasonable cellar conditions (minimally lit and temperatures between 45F and 66F degrees).  We can't provide refunds for accidental damage, mishandled or extreme storage conditions (warm and bright areas) that are known to cause premature aging and oxidation of wine.

Unfortunately we don't refund the shipping cost.  However if the wine is damaged during shipping, call us or contact us and we will replace the shipment with the same wines, or wines that you approve at no cost to you.

Trade Industry and Wholesale Sales

Federal trade practices prohibit us to offer privilege of returns on sound wines, that is wines that are unspoiled.
