Winemaker's Notes
Growing Season
The 2020 growing season in New England was warmer than usual, giving this Chardonnay a riper flavor profile of tropical fruit flavors. This makes this vintage beautifully ripe with a nice balance of sweetness, and acidity.
Harvest
The fruit was hand harvested in late October and was pressed into juice and settled in cold stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the fruit.

Original Brix: 22.6
pH: original 3.54, final 3.70
Titratable Acidity: 5.4 g/L
Alcohol by Vol. 12.9%
Aged 16 months in new French oak barrels with a medium toast to preserve the fruit character.
Tasting Notes
A complex end elegant flavor profile with medium bodied with flavors of pineapple and mango. The extended oak aging had little effect on the oak character and shows no sign of woody notes. It matured the wine and help harmoniously integrate the flavors.
