Winemaker's Notes
Growing Season
The 2022 growing season in New England was more typical, giving this wine a ripe and full flavor profile of red fruit flavors of strawberry, cherry, and hints of blackberry. This makes this vintage beautifully balanced with a nice flavor of sweetness and acidity.
Harvest
The fruit was hand harvested in mid-September.

Original Brix: 19.5
pH: original 3.73, final 3.69
Alcohol by Vol. 12.0%
Aged 12 months in neutral French oak barrels.
