Winemaker's Notes
Growing Season
The 2021 growing season in New England was warmer than usual, giving this wine a riper and full flavor profile of red fruit flavors of strawberry, cherry, and hints of blackberry. This makes this vintage beautifully ripe with a nice balance of sweetness, and acidity.
Harvest
The fruit was hand harvested in late-September.
Winemaking
Original Brix: 19.5
pH: original 3.73, final 3.69
Alcohol by Vol. 12.0%
Aged 18 months in glass vessels.
